Late Night & Comedy Specials
Most recently, Meghan served as the Director of Comedy Specials for NBCUniversal’s streaming service Peacock. She oversaw the development of programs such as Kevin Hart: Reality Check and the Emmy-nominated sketch special, Would it Kill You to Laugh? and was responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with emerging talent, directors, and production companies.
As a creative executive, Meghan lead the strategic positioning of Peacock’s investment in comedy specials and collaborated with Peacock’s marketing and publicity teams to create and deploy effective and unique awareness campaigns for each title’s release.
Director of Development & Producer
Prior to joining the comedy specials team at Peacock, Meghan was the Director of Development for SYFY WIRE, an editorial brand from NBCUniversal that produced unscripted, comedic content for fans of sci-fi, fantasy and horror genres. While in this role, she oversaw the development and production of SYFY WIRE’S first on-air series, The Great Debate, as well various on-air specials for SYFY.
In addition to her television projects. Meghan contributed to various types of digital content that appeared on the brand’s youtube and social channels. Her work included daily editorial media generation along side long form non-fiction project develpoment.
Producer & Project Manager
Meghan’s early television career was in film & television marketing for Chiller and SYFY brands where she collaborated with various internal stakeholders to manage the production and creative strategy of various multimedia campaigns. In these roles she managed multi-million dollar budgets and executed 360° projects that touched print, live action video, animation, and design.
While at Chiller, Meghan was a key stakeholder on the marketing team for the brand’s promotional needs on and off the air.
