Meghan Dineen is an accomplished and innovative multimedia storyteller that has held leadership roles in development, production and post-production for television, film, & live events. Her work spans myriad formats, including scripted, unscripted, and animated original content and her extensive experience includes marketing, publicity and social media strategy and the creative development and production of 360° promotional campaigns for entertainment programs and brands.

Most recently, Meghan served as the Director of Comedy Specials for NBCUniversal’s streaming service Peacock where she oversaw the development of programs such as Kevin Hart: Reality Check and the Emmy-nominated sketch special, Would it Kill You to Laugh? As a creative executive, Meghan was also responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with emerging talent, directors, and production companies.

Prior to joining the comedy specials team at Peacock, Meghan was the Director of Development for SYFY WIRE, an editorial brand from NBCUniversal that produced unscripted, comedic content for fans of sci-fi, fantasy and horror genres. While in this role, she oversaw the development and production of SYFY WIRE’S first on-air series, The Great Debate, as well various on-air specials for SYFY.

When she isn’t producing comedy specials and other forms of funny television, Meghan is a co-producer of the NY-based storytelling series Yum’s the Word, whose guests have included celebrities such as Tim Gunn, Mo Rocca, Jason Biggs, & Joy Behar. She is a photographer and multimedia artist with a B.A. in Storytelling from New York University’s Gallatin School and an A.S. in Photography from Nassau Community College. Based in Brooklyn, NY, Meghan is the proud mother to a three year old chihuahua named Jerry Seinfeld.
